The Manage my Visa card website can be found in a few ways:

Yes. Your Visa account information is only available to you when logging in with your username and password. An enhanced security feature requires a verification code sent to the e-mail address registered on your Visa account. You will need to enter this code upon your first login, during registration, and when using the “forgot username, password, or account locked” process.

Note: If you’re logged in but inactive for 15 minutes, you’ll be logged out automatically.

Activate or Register your enviro Visa card on the Manage my Visa card website

Note: Your email address will need to be on file in order to receive the verification code that will be used to register your card. Navigate to Manage my Visa card and enter the following information:

  1. Your 16-digit Visa card number
  2. The personal account information e.g. full name, date of birth, postal code, name on the card, phone number.
  3. Create a username and password
  4. Confirm the email address where the verification code will be sent.
  5. Enter the verification code that will be sent to your email address on file. The verification code is valid for 30 minutes.
  6. Your registration will be confirmed, and you can now log in.

Once you’ve completed your registration you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration

Some common errors could include:

  1. The personal information you entered; does not match the information we have on file for you. For example, if you to have a different phone number.
  2. You have not entered the information in the format that is required
  3. First name – only include your first name not your middle
  4. Date of Birth – MM/DD/YYYY date format. Note you need to enter 2 digits for the month e.g. for February you would enter 02 not just 2
  5. Postal code

If you have logged in before: enter your username and password and click Log in. As an enhanced security feature, you may need to enter a verification code if Manage my Visa card does not recognize you. This will be sent to the email address on your account.

Navigating Manage my Visa Card

Primary Cardholders and Account Administrators have access to :

  • The current balance, available credit, and a visual graphic representing the amount of your credit limit that has been used.
  • A simplified account summary that includes payment due date, and minimum payment due.
  • All pending and posted transaction details for the current period, as well as 13 months of previous statements. Here transaction details can also be downloaded in various formats.
  • Reward points balance for posted transactions and a link to the rewards website where they can redeem points
  • Statements which can be viewed online or downloaded as PDFs (eStatements) for up to 24 months. The statement will display detailed account, balance, and payment details
  • Account Settings under ‘Manage profile’ which include: updating statement delivery options, address, e-mail, and password

Pending transactions – ‘Pending transactions’ from the past seven days will appear under ‘Current transactions’. These transactions increase or decrease your available credit immediately. Once processed, they will still show under Current Transactions but will appear as approved and your current balance will be updated.

When you pre-authorize your card for a purchase (commonly done at gas stations or hotels), the pre-authorized dollar amount will appear under current transactions in pending status and will adjust your available credit immediately for up to seven days. Once the transaction is processed, the status of the transaction will show as approved and your available credit and current balance will get updated.

Approved transactions – Approved transactions that show under ‘Current Transactions’ that will appear on your next statement. In most cases, it takes a few days for a transaction to change from pending to approved.

In the Manage my Visa card website, you can:

  • Activate your card (Primary cardholders only)

Primary Cardholders and Account Administrators: Once you’ve received your card in the mail, you’ll have the option to activate your card online through the Manage my Visa cardwebsite orby calling the activation phone number foundin your welcome package.

Authorized users: If you’re an Authorized User, you can only activate by phone. The activation phone number found in your welcome package.

Note: To activate the “Tap to Pay feature” on your card, your first two transactions will need to be done by inserting your card into the chip and PIN terminal. The first transaction you will need to sign for and cannot be a cash advance at an ATM. The second transaction you will need to enter your PIN. Once this has been done your card is all set up to be used by “tapping” your card.

Making Payments through Manage my Visa card

No, you will have to pay your Visa card through the standard bill payment methods available at Vancity or other Financial Institutions.

Once the payment towards your account balance is posted from the financial institution, you will see it in Manage my Visa card under ‘Current transactions’ and your available credit will increase. When the payment is processed, it will appear under ‘Posted transactions’ and your account balance will decrease.

For all eligible enviro Visa cardholders with rewards, you can see your total points balance on the home page, once you log in to Manage my Visa card. To redeem points, select ’Explore your rewards’.

Under Transaction history, any transactions that earn points will display the accrued value below the dollar amount.

Adding multiple Visa accounts to your login

Yes, you can add multiple enviro Visa cards to the same login if you are aPrimary Cardholder.

If you’re thePrimary Cardholderor Account Administratorof multiple cards, you can add additional card to your existing log in. . The card you are adding must be that of a Primary cardholder or Account Administrator. When creating your login, you should first register with the card you use most often to set it as your default card.

Note: You cannot change your default card.

Here are the steps to add additional cards to your log in.

  1. Log in to Manage my Visa card
  2. Choose the “My accounts” drop-down from the top right-hand corner
  3. Click Add an account
  4. Enter your card number and follow the prompts.
  5. Click Continue

Once your card has been added to your account it will appear in the “my account” selector located in the top right-hand corner of the Manage my Visa card page.

To view another card that you’ve registered to your login, select “My accounts” drop-down from the top right-hand corner Here you can see additional cards linked to your log in. Select any card, to view more details.

To remove an account from your view:

  1. Select the “I want too…” drop down menu and select “Remove this account”. Note: You must be on the account you would like to remove.
  2. A message will appear, displaying the last 4 digits of the card number. Click “Confirm” to remove this account.
